Republic Day special programmes on Sun TV

Popular entertainment channel Sun TV has lined up a series of programmes for Republic Day ( January 26). The channel posted on its micro-blogging page, “A host of celebrations await you this weekend with #SunTV Republic Day special programs. Let’s celebrate this day of pride in togetherness. #RepublicDaySpecials.”The day starts with a special Vanakkam Tamizha show at 8 am. This is followed by an interview with Jiiva and Nikki Galrani in the show Jaaliya Oru Roundu. The team of Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren team comprising Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Karthik will interact with college students in the special show at 10 am. When one of the students asked Vijay Sethupathi, whom he considered a star, he replied ‘me’. At 10 pm, a bunch of comedians will provide a laugh riot with the special show ‘Sirippu Masters’. The channel will also premiere Dhanush’s Velai Illa Pattadhari 2 at 6.30 pm.
