‘Kaala’ new poster: ‘Thalaivar’ Rajinikanth looks fierce and intense
Superstar Rajinikanth is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited gangster drama ‘Kaala’, which is scheduled to hit the screens on June 7. Ahead of the release, the makers have now released a new poster featuring an intense looking Rajinikanth that has been doing rounds on the internet.
Recently, reports suggested that the film has been postponed once again. However, the makers took to Twitter to dismiss news reports and confirmed that ‘Kaala’ will release as per planned. According to reports, the makers are likely to start with the promotions in the coming days. Needless to say, the film has very high expectations and trade experts are predicting a big box-office opening on June 7.
Directed by Pa Ranjith, ‘Kaala’ is a reportedly a gangster film that is set in Dharavi. Earlier this month, the team hosted a very grand audio launch at YMCA ground in Chennai, where the songs were unveiled amidst the presence of a huge audience.
Also starring Nana Patekar, Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi and Samuthirakani in important roles, ‘Kaala’ has music by Santhosh Narayanan. The film is bankrolled by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films.
