Drinks – Bourbon Ginger Toddy

Ingredient:

2 inch fresh ginger, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

6 oz. hot water

2 oz. bourbon

Lemon slice, garnish

Method:

Slice ginger and lemon into thin slices. Place in a jar or insulated cup with 6 ounces hot, steaming water. Cover and let steep for 6-7 minutes.

Strain lemon and ginger from water. Add bourbon to water. Serve with a slice of lemon.
