Sabudane Ki Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients :-

Sabudana – 1 cup

Peanut grated (1/2 cup) – 1/2 cup

Cumin seeds – 1 spoon

Curry leaves – 2-3

Green Chili (Chopped) – 1-2

Boiled potato (chopped) – 1

Tomatoes (Chopped) – 1

Rock Salt

Green coriander (finely chopped)

Lemon juice

1 teaspoon ghee

Method :-

Firstly, wash the sago and soak it for 1 hour. After this, remove it from the water and keep it aside.

Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the cumin seeds and then add curry leaves, green chillies, potatoes and tomatoes. Now, cook it on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes and stir it properly.

Now add sago in it and mix it well. Keep it covered for 5 minutes on a medium flame.

After this add peanuts, gram flour and lemon juice to it. Mix it well and close the gas.

Sabudana Khichdi is ready. Serve it.
