How to make Healthy Turnip Salad
Start by trimming the ends of turnips, peel them and grate them in a large bowl. Peel and grate apple and carrots. Combine them with turnips. Pour lemon juice over salad and toss the bowl to mix them well.
Chop onion and add it in the bowl along with oil, apple cider, parsley and sugar. Toss the salad well to mix all the ingredients. Season well with salt and black pepper. Place the bowl in refrigerator for some time.
Meanwhile, cut the avocado in thin slices and garnish your salad with them. Serve chilled.
